Extracts from Admission Regulations, concerning foreign students:

Applications reception

    3. Citizens from foreign countries (including citizens from countries –  the USSR former Republics) are admitted into the University:

     - according to international agreements;

     - within quota, established by RF Government on letter of referral   from Federal Agency on Education;

     - according to  direct agreements with legal entities and (or) physical persons on to places in excess of planned figures of admission within the amount, determined by license.

Entrance testing

6. Admission to the University onto the  first course is carried out:

   6.1. on results of entrance testing in the form of Common National Examination (further CNE).

   6.2. on results of entrance examinations, carried out by the University itself in a  form of tests in writing, according to groups formation out of persons, who had submitted necessary documents of the following categories of entrants:

   - having secondary (complete) general education, received at educational institutions of foreign countries;

Information for University Entrants 2010  

 1.  The following documents are necessary to enter URSMU:

1.1.  Identity document, certifying nationality (passport), is  shown personally;

1.2.  Original and (or) xerocopy of the standard state document on education (Diploma, School leaving certificate);

1.3.  Original  and (or) xerocopy of Certificate on Common National Examination (CNE) results (for persons, entering according to CNE results, if available). CNE Certificates of 2009-2010 years are valid.

1.4.  Photos 6 pcs. 3x4 cm. (Persons entering on CNE results may submit photos together with original documents on education). 

Additional documents:

* persons, entering the places, assigned for purposeful admission, submit the original document on education and original Certificate on CNE results;

* persons, having the right on privileges (out-of-competition entrance), submit documents confirming this right. These documents are submitted in the original and xerocoopy.

 2.  Terms of documents reception from entrants:

Beginning of documents reception for all forms of studies

- June 19

Completion of documents reception:

* from persons who have to pass CNE in July, and also from persons, entering for studies on specialities training, on which additional entrance testing of creative and (or) professional orientation (artistic designing of jewelry articles) is carried out –

- July 5;

* from persons, entering for studies on specialities training (specializations), on which  additional entrance testing on the profile direction is carried out and also from persons who enter the University on results of entrance examinations carried out by the University itself –

- July 10;

* for persons who enter only on CNE results –

- July 25;

* for persons who enter for extramural studies on additional places on payment basis – November 20.

 3.  Without passing CNE the following  may enter URSMU:

• persons with some health  problems;
• those persons who received secondary (complete) general education before January 1, 2010 and want to enter for extramural studies;
• persons having secondary professional education for studies on Bachelor’s programs and  on programs of specialists training of appropriate speciality;
• those who enter on the basis of Secondary Professional Education (SPE) on profile of  training;
• having received secondary (complete) general education in educational institutions of foreign countries.

 4.  What people may pass CNE in July:

• school-leavers of last years;
• graduates of non-complete professional education and special secondary education  institutions  of 2010;
• persons who had studied programs of secondary (complete) general education in foreign educational institution;
• participants of CNE, who had not passed it on valid reasons in May-June.
