Clean fish. Part 2. The Cossacks of the Mining University will stock the ponds of the Sverdlovsk region with valuable whitefish species

In late August, the Cossacks of the “Ural Mining University" stanitsa returned from the multipurpose expedition to the rivers of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District under the code name "Clean fish". They signed a contract with the community of indigenous minorities of the North “Turupya" having a quota on whitefish catching and studied the routes to organize commercial tours of geological tourism to the area of mountain Narodnaya.

"Clean fish" is already quite a real Cossack project which grew out of the initiative of ordinary Cossack brothers Kamaev and which was given a start in life by the ataman of the "Ural Mining University" stanitsa Nikolai Kosarev. This is a project which is implemented by the Orenburg Military Cossack Society under the direct supervision of its ataman Vladimir Romanov and with the support of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region Alexandr Misharin.

Clean fish lives only in clean water and only people with good intentions can take care of its breeding. Therefore, it is no surprise that a major private investor of the project "Clean fish" is a prominent scientist and production worker, famous philanthropist, Doctor of Engineering Science Aron Mikhailovich Halemskiy with his engineering company "Fortex-UPEK" successfully dealing with industrial waste water treatment in Russia, Europe, and the USA.

Now the Cossacks of the "Ural Mining University" stanitsa are heading for the Nether-Polar Urals, and this week they will reach the final destination of their itinerary - the village of Lombovozh. There, on the River Severnaya Sosva they will have an important mission to collect the spawn of whitefish species including famous peled and muksun. Then they will have to transport the spawn to the Sverdlovsk region. And it is not an easy task because in the cold north of the Urals it is necessary to maintain a constant temperature of 2-4 degrees above zero for the valuable cargo not to go bad on the road

The delivery from the upper reaches of the Severnaya Sosva to the Tavatuyskiy fish hatchery should not take more than five days. Here the spawn will be brooded, and young fishes to be produced out of it will be released to the waters of the Sverdlovsk region. Lake Tavatuy will be the first to be stocked with fish. In a year it will have muksun and peled- tasty and cheap fish for a consumer.

The main task of the Cossacks from the "Ural Mining University" stanitsa is to restore fish resources of the Sverdlovsk region and to stock its water bodies with valuable fish species. On the basis of this project it is planned to create new jobs through the establishment of Cossack farm enterprises near the ponds of the Sverdlovsk region.

The Cossacks set off for the Nether-Polar Urals together with the specialists in the field of fish breeding .Before leaving the expedition members were blessed for beneficence at the Mining Church of St. Nicholas.

There is no doubt that the positive experience of the miners will be replicated throughout the territory of the Orenburg Military Cossack Society and in other regions of Russia. Original family Cossack fishery in the Urals will be revived. The Cossacks will have a real economic basis. The Law of the Cossacks will receive an effective mechanism for its implementation.
