Zyiryanov P.A. is  Deputy of State Duma of Russian Federation Federal Assembly, fifth convocation, since December 2007. He is a member of party faction "United Russia", member of the Committee of Construction and Land Management; He was born on the 24th of December 1983 in Sverdlovsk (now Yekaterinburg); Zyiryanov P.A. is a graduate of Ural State Mining University  (2006), at present he is a post graduate student, since  2004 he is the chairman of the University student trade union organization; On the 2nd of December 2007 he was elected a Deputy of State Duma of RF, fifth convocation,  in the federal list of candidates, representing all Russia political Party "United Russia"; Zyiryanov P.A. the second rank in power lifting.
