Born March 12, 1970 in the city of Krasnouralsk, Sverdlovskiy region, in the family of medical people.

    After finishing the 8th form of secondary school № 3 in Revda,  he entered Sverdlovskiy vocational school № 72, his speciality was  «truck-mounted crane operator».

    In 1989 he entered Ural Mining-Geological Academy, his speciality was «mining equipment mechanical engineer».

    In 1993 his position was head of a pharmaceutical company «Vegur» in Revda.

    In 1995 he was head of Close Joint Stock Company «Farm-Soyuz» in Yekaterinburg.

    In 1998 he founded a charitable fund «Aleksandr». Its main aim was to help socially insecure population of the region.
CJSC «Farm-Soyuz» won the competition «Business Leader 1998» in nomination «The best company in the sphere of Health Care».

    In 2000 Serebrennikov A.V. was elected a Deputy of the House of Representatives of Sverdlovskiy region Legislative Assembly from Sisertskiy voting district № 20.

    In 2003 his position was Director of «Raduga-Farma» ltd.

    In 2004 he was elected a Deputy of the House of Representatives of Sverdlovskiy regional Legislative Assembly for the second time, acted as Chairman of the Social Policy Committee. He was in charge of issues in the following spheres: health care, culture, sport, medicine, education, social security of population in Sverdlovskiy region.

    In 2004 Serebrennikov A.V. was awarded a Certificate of Honour issued by Federal Council of Federal Assembly of Russian Federation for big contribution in the development of Sverdlovskiy region legislation.

   In  2005  he was Chairman of supervisory board of industrial group «Raduga».
- was elected president of sport swimming federation in Sverdlovskiy region.
- graduated from Ural State University of Economics with the speciality «Economics and Management in the sphere of Health Care».
- aspirant for the master’s degree. His thesis was entitled «State management in the System of Health Care».

    In 2006 he was awarded with a plaque «100th anniversary of parliamentary system in Russian Federation».

    In 2006 he was awarded with a Certificate of Honour issued by the Governor of Sverdlovskiy region.

    In 2008 Serebrennikov A.V. was elected a deputy of the House of Representatives of Sverdlovskiy region Legialative Assembly from Sisertskiy voting district № 20.

    In 2008 he was elected deputy chairman of the House of Representatives of Sverdlovskiy region Legialative Assembly.

    Serebrennikov A.V. has certificates of honour and letters of thanks issued by organizations and municipal bodies of Sverdlovskiy region. He is married and has two children:  daughter Ekaterina and son Filipp.
